Shipping Policy
We do our best to package your items carefully and quickly. A majority of the items we sell are vintage and are therefore handled with care in order to ensure safe arrival.
Order Processing Times
- We aim to process all orders within 3 business days.
- During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas order processing could take up to 5 business days.
- Should you need an item sooner you can always reach out to us to discuss options at vintagepointny@gmail.com.
- We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times & Carriers
- We ship from our location in New York, United States.
- We currently only offer shipping to the 50 United States. Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days after the order is processed, this is dependent upon which shipping option you choose.
- We utilize both USPS and/or UPS to ship orders, please select your preference during checkout.
- You will be notified of the tracking number once the items goes out.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping is calculated by weight.
- There are some items in the shop where we do offer free shipping and will be indicated as so in the product description.
- For larger size product items you can always contact us to see if we can do any better than the shipping price that is shown.
- We aim to package items in a way to help save the most on shipping without compromising it's safe arrival.
