A lovely vintage ornate baroque double inkwell in brass. Double inkwells with hinged lids that open and close easily. It has very intricate ornamentation in the form of scrolls, flowers and crosshatch. It is a raised piece that sits on four legs. A stunning piece in very good condition with no discernable damage except that it doesn’t sit completely flat -there is a barely discernible wobble. A tiny sticky felt under one foot would easily fix it.
It would make a beautiful display piece in a vintage office or anywhere in the home as a statement piece. It’s sturdy and a good weight and a generous size being 10 inches across.
